At Santa Barbara Botanic Garden, we have remained true to our founding principle — to conserve native plants and habitats for the well-being of people and our planet. We have walked this path from our humble and visionary beginnings to our world-class collaborations with scientists and architects, and through the destruction and rebirth from wildfire.

California Botanic Garden is the largest botanic garden dedicated to California native plants, promoting botany, conservation and horticulture to inspire, inform and educate the public and scientific community about California’s native flora. The Garden is a living museum with curated collections of more than 22,000 California native plants, some of which are rare or endangered.

A green oasis in the middle of Pittsburgh’s vibrant Oakland neighborhood, Phipps Conservatory and Botanical Gardens has provided a world-class garden experience to its visitors since 1893. Green Bay Botanical Garden connects people with plants by providing year-round educational and recreational experiences for everyone in an environment that engages, inspires and refreshes.

Situated in historic Kealakekua ahupua‘a and overlooking the Bay, the 13-acre Amy B. H. Greenwell Ethnobotanical Garden mission “supports Hawaiian cultural traditions of land use and plants, and conserves the plant resources of traditional Hawaiian cultural activities.” The Garden contains over 200 native plant species, many of which are rare and endangered.

Flowering trees, orchids, philodendrons, and more than 100 palm species accent the 3-acre Miami Beach Botanical Garden. Special features include the koi pond, fountains, Japanese Garden, Native Garden and Edible Garden and the Collins Canal Promenade.
