Windows on the Garden

Celebrating the Year of the Arts in Newfoundland & Labrador with an outdoor art exhibit, Windows on the Garden. Fifteen local artists, working in a variety of media, were selected through a public call for artists responding to the theme, “Envisioning Nature.” Each artist is presenting their vision through a repurposed window and frame.

These reclaimed windows and frames offer a portal for viewing, a way of seeing into the wonders of our province’s rich natural world. Artists have shared their experience of nature and the flora of our province through their works. We forsee that this expression of their vision and interpretation will encourage viewers to envision and experience nature in a novel way.

Windows on the Garden will run through September 30, 2024.
