Presenter

Erika Schroedersecker

Erika Schroedersecker is a passionate plantswoman. She grew up with keen gardeners as parents. Her father built a rock garden, perennial beds and, later on, a water garden. Erika’s parents stoked and encouraged her interest in plants and the natural world.  As a young teenager she took over her parents’ garden, and began buying and importing plants from nurseries in North America. Alpines and bulbs are herpassion with a particular focus on South African bulbs.  She enjoys hiking and botanizing in Ontario. Erika also grows rare, challenging plants, and surrounds herself with beauty.
