Demonstrating, promoting and strengthening relationships between plants and people is a central task of a botanic garden in the 21st century. The vision of our Botanic Garden is to be a leading teaching and learning site for plant diversity in Switzerland and to make a socially relevant contribution to the topics of plants-environment-human-health.
