Ottawa Orchid Society December 2025 Meeting
Event Details
This is the month for a Festive Celebration. Nick Cox of our Conservation Committee will update us on the Deep River Rescue project, and our Year End Financial Statements will be presented by our Treasurer. Members will be asked to accept these documents. They are available in Spike and will have been sent to members well before the meeting. Then we will have our Annual OOS Trivia Contest – there will be prizes!
The meeting will be a hybrid meeting. We will have the usual Show Table, raffle and refreshments with a break to chat with our “Ask Me Anything” experts. In the spirit of the season, members are encouraged to bring an item for the raffle table and/or the refreshment table. Members, please bring your plants to the show table by 1:40 pm to allow time for judging. If you are feeling unwell, please join us via Zoom.

We aim to create a space where orchid lovers who come from all walks of life can share their knowledge and experience growing orchids.
The Ottawa Orchid Society is affiliated with the Canadian Orchid Congress (COC) and with the American Orchid Society (AOS). Through these affiliations, the Society is able to obtain world-class speakers for regular meetings.
