Annick and Jean started their farm 8 years ago and have increase step by step their farm production (elderberries, vegetables, orchard and medicinal gardens) with the help of our co-workers (a flock of 8 donkeys!).
They provide sustainable products:
– Donkey milk soaps (suitable for very sensitive skins),
– Elderberries products (syrup, jams, teas, vinegars),
– herbal teas,
– Preserves elaborated with products from their garden (all gardening is done in accordance with Biodynamic principles).
And they have care services:
– Educational farm visits (Meet the Donkeys and others),
– Animal Assisted therapy,
– Hiking with donkeys,
– Group activities day packages (Wellness, coaching and sustainable)
– French immersion days,
– Kayak rentals and tours,
– Sharpening services for tools (traditional techniques, hand sharpening).
