Event Details

As the weather becomes increasingly erratic, our gardens are facing more challenges than ever. Bri Petersen of Urban Gardening Canada joins the Kanata-March Horticultural Society’s September meeting to discuss the changes we can make in our gardens to better plan for and withstand weather events.  In addition, Bri will educate us about ways to garden with the planet in mind, and turn our carbon footprint into an ecological footprint.

This in-person meeting will be held at the Old Town Hall, 821 March Rd (laneway entrance for the Old Town Hall is on Klondike Rd, across from Shopper’s Drug Mart). Non-members are welcome for a visitor’s fee of $5, or become a member and enjoy our full 2024 program for $15.
