Presenter
Nancy Falconi
In 2002 Nancy started her professional photography business. It was a reunion with a long lost love that dates back to the photos she would take of her three younger sisters as a child. Her lifestyle photographs have graced the pages of various publications like Entrepreneur Magazine, Organic Gardening, Yoga Journal, Today’s Parent and Canadian Living. As a contributing photographer for Getty Images since 2006 her work has been published in many International Commercial print campaigns. As her career progressed Nancy’s focus shifted to photographing the natural world and its’ creatures, highlighting the interconnectedness of all living beings. It also shifted to exploring different art forms at institutions like the Toronto School of Art and R & F in New York. Nancy integrated her photographic skills with painting mediums to craft unique mixed media artworks. Her work has been exhibited in Galleries, Art Fairs, Group and Solo exhibitions and is collected privately. In 2019 she completed an Artist in Residency with the Toronto Region Conservation Authority and the York Region Art Council at the Kortright Center. Nancy’s creations serve as an inspiration, encouraging others to delve deeper into nature, unleash their creativity, and connect with their inner selves.
