Event Details

Canada is home to remarkable wildlife that is both thrilling to discover and critical to our well being. But these wild neighbours need our help! Join the Canadian Wildlife Federation as we explore the key ‘ingredients’ in a beautiful yet beneficial garden that will support local and migratory wildlife right outside your door with options that will suit any lifestyle, budget or space. A portion of her talk will include some of Ottawa’s native plants that do well in moist conditions and are suitable for the edge of ponds, streams and other wet areas.

PLEASE NOTE: The speaker will start promptly at 7:30 pm.
