Jose Maria Azael Franco Municipal Cemetery

Unique in its category, this cemetery features eight hectares with carved cypress with Augustine, Pre-Colombian, Ecuadorian fauna, arches, pillars, and giant masks. This legacy began in 1936 and it is known as the “green sculpture” because here art and nature are combined.
