Wild Rice in Lake Simcoe

Wild Rice in Lake Simcoe with Joseph Goode, Georgina Island First Nation, Manoomin Coordinator. For the first time in 10 years, after laborious trials and errors, wild rice is now growing on the shores of Georgina Island. Joseph, who manages the wild rice program, will present a slide show and talk about the impact of wild rice returning to Lake Simcoe. Everyone welcome.
