Join Amy Rose for an unforgettable Summer Experience!
Invite a friend or come on your own to experience a peaceful Slow Flow Yoga class at Whistling Gardens, one of Ontario’s premier horticultural gardens featuring 20 acres of grounds displaying over 4,500 different plants including the rarest tree in the world; the Baishan Fir.Admire nature, tour the gardens and take photos. Live band Wind & Wire starts the evening in the Temple Garden. Enjoy a picnic provided for you with non-alcoholic drinks before the World-Class light and fountain show which starts after sunset.
Timeline:
4pm Arrive at Whistling Gardens / Leisurely walk through gardens to yoga spot
5pm Yoga & Mini Soundbath
6pm Walk through gardens
6:30pm Picnic
7:30pm Live Music: Wind & Wire
8:15pm Night time Fountain & Light Show

Since 2015, Amy Rose has been practicing in the realm of the Healing Arts. Amy Rose is a Holistic Health Practitioner, Sound Healer, Musician, Speaker, Yoga & Movement Teacher & Thai Yoga Massage Bodywork Practitioner. She has studied one of the most comprehensive Holistic Healing systems in the world with the Chek Institute in San Diego, California.
With a strong belief in living in accordance with nature, Amy Rose is dedicated to understanding and fostering longevity, vitality, and mind-body-Spirit wellbeing. She has been teaching yoga for over a decade and has cultivated a small but devoted wellness community in Norfolk County. Through her work, she creates spaces that inspire, support connection, healing, and inner peace.
