The public are invited to visit Silver Spring Studio and Farm on 1705 Robertson Road. From 9 am to 3 pm, the farm will have a full day of fun and educational outdoor activities for people of all ages.
Community partners including the Ottawa Horticultural Society will be on site to provide information on community impact initiatives, online resources, colouring pages for kids, among other activities.
You may already know Silver Spring Studio from their programming for adults with disabilities, spring compost sale, annual garlic harvest, or the community garden. They have recently expanded their gardening space. This year's addition of accessible planters is one step towards broadening gardening opportunities and building a fully accessible garden.
