Lecture description: “We talk a lot about the plants we should plant in our gardens, but what about the ones we regret? This talk examines some of the thugs in the garden and looks at the plants that made the Ontario Value-for-Money Audit: Management of Invasive Species (2022).”
Back by popular demand! Every year the Friends of the Central Experimental Farm (FCEF) partner with the Master Gardeners of Ottawa Carleton (MGOC) to offer timely and informative presentations.
The theme of the 2024 lecture series is Garden Friends and Foes.
Lectures are delivered via Zoom on Tuesday evenings from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. and will be recorded for subsequent viewing by all who register.
This year, there are five lectures running from March 19 through to May 14, 2024.
