Les Jardins de la Villa d’Este

The Villa d’Este is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and a masterpiece of Italian architecture and garden design. It is an incomparable example of a 16th century Italian garden – one of the first “giardini delle meraviglie” – due to its innovative design and the ingenuity of its garden’s architectural works.
