Explore the beauty of plants in winter, learn some tree ID tricks and herbs that can support us through winter

Join us for a Sunday morning wander in Jackson Park! We will be exploring the beauty of plants in winter, using all of our senses to learn about and identify trees and the herbs that can support us as the winter approaches.

Meet us at 10:30am at the Pagoda Bridge, close to the pond and the Fairbairn entrance https://goo.gl/maps/bgdeEn1CftzLFeo48 .

These wanders will be lead in English, we will walk as a group for approximately 0.5km. No prior plant-wandering experience is needed, only enthusiasm and curiosity.

This is a wander is intended for adults. Kids are welcome as long as they are accompanied and supervised by their guardian.

What to bring:

🌱Yourself dressed for whatever weather, rain, snow or shine!

🌱A cup for an Herbal Tea

🌱A notebook or camera if you wish

🌱Any of your favourite plant field guides if you have one
